Returns and Refunds

Any items that are to be returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 10 working days of receipt of goods. All returns must have a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). To obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) contact us via email, post or telephone and provide a detailed explanation for your returns/refund/exchange. We will then contact you with the outcome of your request, which then you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) if your request has been approved. Please ensure that within the returns package you include;

1. Invoice number and Invoice date
2. An approved Returns Authorisation Number
3. A copy of your reason for return
4. Original packaging

Returns or exchange of goods will not be accepted or honoured if the items have been used or defaced in any way. 

In the event of a refund, which has been approved and accepted, you may opt to receive either a store credit to the value of returned goods or a refund of returned goods by Cheque. SIXTY DEGREES will not be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. Potentially this could alter the outcome of your returns request, so we strongly recommend that you send returns goods via registered or insured postage.

Please note: We do not, under any circumstances, accept or approve any returns/refunds or exchanges for the wrong decision of product choice.
